Baking soda! This multifunctional product that we all have, hidden somewhere in a closet.Â
Well, itâs time to take it out because it will serve you!Â
Youâll understand, today weâre talking about Baking soda, but in the beauty business. Iâm going to share with you my grandma tricks, even though Iâm sure most of you already know them!
Enough blah blah, letâs get right to the point!
The first , we all know, it makes it possible to whiten teeth.Â
How do I proceed? I wet my toothbrush slightly, then soak it in the baking soda and brush my teeth 2-3 min. Then I rinse my mouth and brush again but with the toothpaste. Afterwards, I donât really like mouthwash, but thatâs up to everyone!
Then it has an action on odors, by its anti transpirant power. And it is tested and approved.Â
It rebalances the pH of the skin and has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.Â
It's also very useful to limit sebum secretion and is an excellent natural exfoliant: For a natural exfoliant, 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate and a little warm water. You can then exfoliate the skin with circular movements. Iâm a bit wild, I pour directly on my shower sponge đ§ŒÂ Â
It helps fight acne: 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate for a tablespoon of water, it gives you a paste to apply directly to acne pimples. You leave it for three minutes and rinse it with water.Â
And finally, to fight against mycosis: It can be applied directly in the socks insisting on the hollows to limit perspiration; or, in footbath: a tablespoon in cold water. And you dip your feet in it đŠ¶Â Little extra, moisturizing for dry feet⊠and the body in general.
â ïžâ ïž It's simple to use, but it should be done in a moderate way because it can dry sensitive skin and cause irritation.
Here we go ! All you have to do is walk into your closet and get me your new best friend đ
