I’m Sporting on Sunshine (woah) 😎☀️



Here we are. Since the time I’ve been doing articles or posts, in which I announce the arrival of summer. I can talk about it now.

And since I know that when the weather is nice ☀️, we still have less time to devote to screens, which is perfectly normal, I'll make the effort, for the next 2 months, to write more concise articles (or at least I will try, even if I'm a big talker 🤭).


If during the summer you’re not into lazing, or a little bit, but not too much, and you want to keep a certain dynamic during the holidays, have a rather tonic summer 💪, you’re in the right place. (My sentences are getting longer and longer, it really becomes nonsense). This article will give you ideas on the sports activities to be practiced during this time of year, depending on where you are located: at the beach, in the city or in the mountains.


  • I’ll start with the city 🏙️,

Maybe this year, you don’t particularly want to move, or yes, but you are above all a city dweller in the soul and nothing else, and therefore, even on vacation, you don’t leave the city (after all, everyone does what he wants). So, no big changes, the sports you already practiced this winter, you can easily practice them also during the summer. Except that with the sun, your range of sports activities expands considerably. Everything you did indoors, you can also do outdoors, and in addition, you can add a few extras, like, running, cycling, roller skating and more. And why not try a little unusual and fun sport like the giant table football; there is clearly a way to have fun with an activity like this.


  • Now to the mountain ⛰️.

If you have leaned for a quiet stay in the countryside, away from peoples, away from noise, away from pollution; that you have decided to do a little good to your body, to purify your mind, to stay away from this society too accelerated, to leave behind all negativity, or that you just want to have a little fun in the mountains, quite simply (once again, everyone manages his life as he wants)... Here, many sports activities are offered to you. If you are an adrenaline enthusiast, I recommend canyoning, rafting or paragliding. And if, on the contrary, your poor heart doesn't really tolerate thrills, you can turn to smaller activities, to clear your mind, such as Nordic walking, hiking or mountain biking.


  • And finally, the best for the end, beach sports 🏖️ (I’m talking about my personal opinion, obviously tastes and colors are differents in nature).

For me, it’s total fun, because you have two perfect combinations, which are heat and water. So here you are, in the effort, you’re hot, and you can freshen up, with the sea right next door. And let me tell you that here you'll find all kinds of activities, solo or with your group, on the sand, or directly in or on the water. So you have the basics, with beach snowshoes, but also beach volleyball, kayaking, water skiing, pedal boats, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, windsurfing, surfing… In short, I could name so many more. I have a real love for the beach, you will understand. And besides, if I sculpt a summer body all year round, it’s not for nothing.


Well, now that I see that I’ve managed to make it shorter than usual, maybe I’ll stop there, and so I retire to music: 🎶 “I'm walking on sunshine, wooah, I'm walking on sunshine, woooah, I'm walking on sunshine, woooah ! And don't it feel good ! Hey, all right now !” 💃
