3, 2, 1, Leave! You were looking forward to them and I can assure you that I too; the summer holidays are finally here! 😎

Yes but here you are, you who all year long fight to keep your summer body that you proudly show at the arrival of summer, you now wonder if you can afford to send everything waltzing.

In your head is the war between «Ciao altères, skipping rope and other instruments of torture, goodbye healthy plates and balanced snacks» and “Oh my God, I have to get my leg day session today between my morning museum tour, my jet ski afternoons and my rooftop night.”

For someone who is involved in regular sports all year round, it may seem unthinkable to stop for a few days, for fear of gaining weight and/or losing muscle and thus seeing all the efforts made throughout the year reduced to nothing.

First, it should be known that the body begins to lose muscle from 3 weeks of inactivity. That’s right, that’s exactly what you posed to enjoy the summer.
