CRASH-TEST TIKTOK RECIPE #1





Tiktok, this is the trendy network of the moment. 

I’m sure you’ve already seen it , easy-to-make recipes and, in addition, tempting 🤤

You will have understood, I decided to test tiktok recipes for you. I dedicate myself to the people 😌

Not to be too long, I decided to make it a category of items, and to present one recipe at a time. 

On the menu of the day, pasta 🍝 with tomatoes and fêta cheese, gratinated. A recipe honestly, super easy; you can't miss it! 🙄


  • Ingrédients

Well, I’ve seen many videos of the recipe but I’ve never seen quantity or cooking time so I’ll put some, but approximations 😅

I think 4 people can eat a good plate each with these amounts. 

  • 500g pasta (fusilli, farfalles, macaroni… the model of your choice)  🍝

  • 1 can cherry tomatoes (red and yellow to bring color) 🍅/ mini peppers can be a pretty good alternative 🫑

  • Fêta cheese 🧀

  • Olive oil 🫒

  • The spices of your choice (personally I put salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, coriander and turmeric, but I love spices so you can put less 😂)

  • Preparation 

    • Very important, wash your tomatoes. With white vinegar, it’s even better and put them aside. 

    • Boil water with a little salt for pasta 

    • Meanwhile, in an oven-safe dish, you put the cherry tomatoes, the whole fêta cheese, the olive oil on top and you finish with the spices you chose. 

    • Put it in the oven at 200 degrees until it’s fried, not burnt 😏

    • While waiting for the oven to cook, the water should be boiling. Cook the pasta for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the type of pasta chosen, so that it's al dente. Drain and set aside. 

    • When you think of your dish in the oven ready, take it out (with gloves 🧤 dear friend!). Do you smell that sunny smell ? 🤤

    • Okay, so you put the pasta in the oven dish and you mix it up. 

    • You bake a second time for about 10 minutes and it’s ready! 

    • You can serve with grated cheese, that’s even better! 


Ps: if you are like me, a meat's lover, you can add to the baking.

Me, I add bacon 🥓 or smoked bacon, it adds a little smoky taste.
