winter is coming ❄️☃️

Grrrr 🥶 we’re not even in the middle of winter, it’s already super cold.

Besides, I don’t want to discourage you, but this winter looks freezing with all the worries on Poutine's side.

That’s where I come in!

As always, to the rescue to keep you healthy, here are 2-3 tips, to get through the winter as well as possible. If you have to go through this season (unless you fly to the sun, if you do, I hate you!), you might as well do it in the best way possible.

Soooooo !

  • A cure of royal jelly

Very concentrated in revitalizing substances and taken before breakfast for about 5 weeks before the winter period, it increases the body’s natural defenses, helps fight fatigue and stress…

  • The sun

It sounds silly, but it’s important to keep sunbathing to the max. Keep taking the air, its light acts directly on the hypothalamus (part of the brain that regulates hormonal secretions and controls appetite, libido, sleep, mood, energy…) Hence the drop in morale during the winter because there is less light.

Multiply the opportunities to be outdoors, while being well covered.

  • Turn down the heat

Even if we tend to do the opposite, heat and dry air change the quality of respiratory secretions, the first barriers to infection.

The optimum temperature of a housing must be 66-68°F.

Small tips: If you have electric radiators, install humidifiers/diffusers of essential oils and pour a few drops of essential oils of thyme, eucalyptus or pine that will help purify the atmosphere.

And remember to aerate the rooms at least 10 minutes a day to limit the containment of microbes.

  • Food supplements

Whether it’s vitamins, micronutrients or anything else… it’s a great help in facing this season.

Very good allies against fatigue, cold, stress or even morale drops.

I prefer small treatments combining everything at the same time.

  • Essential oils

We talked about it earlier but some essential oils are rather beneficial in diffusion in the atmosphere.

There are all uses, for example for the respiratory tract, mood, fatigue, stress…

  • The march

That’s clearly not the advice you’re going to prefer, but it’s essential.

Walking about half an hour a day can serve as a booster for the immune system. Nothing like a little exercise in the open air to fill up with vitality and serenity.

And now you should be trained to face your winter at its best. And if you’re not happy, think about the season of raclettes and hot chocolate aprem and Christmas movies !
